If you entered my sites on the homepage for the Gunnar's Ringlink version of the Chicago Downtown and North Side ring, then you should find the navbar for the ring you're trying to return to on the page below. If you don't see your navbar there, that means that either you entered my sites somewhere on the other version of the ring (the Webring / Alt-Webring version) and need to go to the ring return page for that location, or you did so on some completely different page of mine, in which case you should go to the global ring return page for my sites and look for the appropriate listing there.
